The Women in Bloom BLOSSOM CLUB
1. INTRODUCTION
Welcome to the Women in Bloom Blossom Club! These terms and conditions govern your membership and participation in our events. By joining the Blossom Club or booking an event with us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
2. MEMBERSHIPS
2.1 Membership Agreement
- By purchasing a membership to the Women in Bloom Blossom Club, you
agree to these terms and conditions. - Membership benefits and details are outlined on our website and may
change from time to time at the discretion of Women in Bloom. - Monthly membership payments will be debited from the account details
provided on a monthly basis, from the date of purchase.
2.2 Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your membership at any time by providing written notice via email to hello@womeninbloom.com.au.
- Upon cancellation, pro rata refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be granted in situations such as financial hardship and will be processed in accordance with the relevant guidelines set forth by the ACCC.
2.3 Changes to Membership Terms
- Women in Bloom reserves the right to modify the terms of the membership, including the cancellation policy, at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email.
3. EVENT BOOKINGS
3.1 Booking Process
- Blossom Club members are entitled to early access to event tickets.
- Blossom Club members are entitled to a 10% discount on all events.
- Event bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Please ensure that all booking information is accurate at the time of submission.
3.2 Cancellation Policy
- If you wish to cancel your event booking, you may do so for a full refund if the cancellation is made more than 72 hours before the date of the event.
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event date are non-refundable.

3.3 Event Changes or Cancellations by Women in Bloom
- Women in Bloom reserves the right to change or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify participants as soon as possible and offer either a full refund or a transfer to another event of equal value.
4. COMPLIANCE WITH ACCC REGULATIONS
- All refunds and cancellations will be handled in accordance with Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) regulations. For more details on your rights, please refer to the ACCC guidelines.
5. GENERAL PROVISIONS
5.1 Liability
- Women in Bloom will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your membership or participation in events.
5.2 Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by federal regulators including the ACCC and the Australian Consumer Law, under the provision of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
